6 natural recipes for normal or sensitive skin

Which products, which components to favor in autumn for normal or sensitive skin? All our beauty tips for a glowing skin!
In autumn, the skin suffers from climatic hazards and weakens, hence the importance of giving it a little sparkle!

Remove and clean normal to sensitive skin
To have a beautiful skin, make-up removal is the most important step of your beauty routine! While it is crucial to remove makeup daily, you also need to clean your skin of pollution, dust, sweat and all the other impurities accumulated during the day, and which suffocate it.

There are many facial cleansers on the market, but it is sometimes difficult to navigate as the compositions and prices vary. Here are some tips for choosing or making your own natural cleanser or make-up remover.

Clean and remove in one step with micellar water
Micellar water is a mixture of water and micelles, extremely fine particles capable of effectively removing fatty substances, dust and impurities from the skin. Only waterproof makeup resists him.

Morning and evening, apply micellar water to a cleansing disc and gently wipe your eyes and face in circular motions. Its slightly foaming texture gently cleanses and removes makeup in one go without the need for rinsing.

How to choose your micellar water?
Always prefer a micellar water certified organic, with natural ingredients not tested on animals.

We recommend a micellar water enriched with cornflower floral water (refreshing and decongesting for the eyes) and aloe vera.

Recipe: My homemade make-up remover

In any makeup remover, it is the fatty base that acts. Apply a few drops of organic vegetable oil on the face and massage, so just remove all the makeup residue.

For normal or sensitive skin, a sweet almond oil is ideal. If you want an anti-aging effect opt for a borage or apricot kernel oil.

For a moisturizing effect, simply add a walnut of aloe vera gel to your oil!

A natural soap for the body
Sensitive skin is weakened by industrial soaps with sometimes aggressive formulas, which dry the skin. The best is to choose a soap as neutral as possible, like Marseille soap or Aleppo soap. The ideal is to use a solid soap, but if you can not do without shower gel, you can follow our homemade recipe:

10 g of Marseille soap in flakes or shredded
500 ml of very hot water
2 tablespoons honey or a few drops of essential oil (rose for example).
Grate the Marseille soap or pour the flakes into a container; add the hot water and other ingredients and put in an empty bottle (well cleaned and sterilized). Mix until the soap has dissolved in the water.

Moisturize and heal normal or sensitive skin
The skin captures every day 10% of the water we absorb. When we do not drink enough, or our skin is attacked by external elements, it becomes dehydrated. It is therefore necessary to act so that it regains its balance and that it continues to play its role of protective barrier.

Moisturize and protect the skin of her face
In moisturizing creams, it is not water that evaporates quickly, but mainly oils and fats that moisturize the skin. If your normal or sensitive skin does not need to be treated, it must still be protected from external aggressions. Bet on aloe vera, shea for skin elasticity and protection, and jojoba oil that naturally nourishes and protects.

To choose a moisturizer, prefer ingredients of natural origin, vegetable and from organic farming. Choose a cream with very few ingredients, or make your own cream with natural bases like aloe vera gel.
